It’s been half a year since some 40 UX professionals and students got together in Amsterdam to design products or services to help people adopt and maintain healthy habits. People had a good time tackling the challenge, and have been wondering when the next edition will be. We’re happy to announce that Design Jam Amsterdam #3 will take place on June 13th and 14th at MediaLAB Amsterdam / Studio HvA, on Wibautstraat 2-4 in Amsterdam. The event is free, but you need to get a ticket (which you can do here).
What to expect? We’ll kick off the Design Jam on Friday evening at 6:30 PM. Everyone will have a chance to meet and chat over some drinks. Once everyone is in we’ll reveal the design challenge and you’ll form teams. After that, you’re free to spend the evening as you please, chatting with your teammates, watching Spain play Holland, or resting up for the next day. On Saturday morning grab some coffee, find a place to settle in with your team, and start on a full day of research-concept-design.
In true Design Jam spirit, this Design Jam’s challenge is very hush-hush. We’ll drop some hints here and there leading up to the event. Links, sponsors, mentors we announce should give you some idea of what the challenge will be about. For now, all we can say is “How may I help you?”.
